You can't always manually enter credit card transactions.

Depending on the products that are being purchased, you may not be able to manually enter (key) a transaction for certain credit cards.

Change concerning manual transactions

As of august 1st, 2017, our customer service can no longer accept requests for manual transactions (via email or phone). Use either an EMS payment terminal or the e-Terminal as an alternative. Contact us via our contact form for more information.
