In My EMS, you can find further information about your payments.
The reasons for a payment not being made include:
- EMS does not pay out immediately in the morning. The payment can be credited to your account throughout the day.
- After the weekend or after a public holiday, the payouts are prepared for several days at a time.
This may cause the payout to be credited to your account at the end of the day. - If it is a (international) public holiday, there will be no payouts. Here you'll find an overview of public holidays on which there are no payouts.
- You have a negative balance with EMS.
- An incorrect bank account number has been provided (e.g. wrong IBAN). We will then block the payment until we have a correct account number.
- It was not possible to carry out a direct debit.
- The payment is settled with the amount that could not be paid by direct debit.
- There is a disruption. Check our disruptions page for current disruptions.
- Isn't there a disruption mentioned? Check the disruptions page of your bank.
