As a business owner, you can create new users under your main account. In the 'More' menu, you can select 'User management' and then '+ Create user'.

You need to fill in the following fields to create a user: 

  • Username (save this one, the new user needs the username to log in)
  • First name
  • Last name 
  • Email address 
  • Mobile (Verification SMS will be sent to this mobile phone number) 
  • Telephone number (optional)
  • Preferred language 
  • Standard currency 

Here you also choose the profile for the new user 'Business Assistant' or 'Business Owner', with the corresponding rights.
