There are a number of checks you can do yourself:

  • Check whether you have received the e-mail in the 'junk mail' folder or in the 'SPAM' box.   
     
  • Check in the settings menu in My EMS if the e-mail address is correct. 
     
  • Is your e-mail address incorrect?
    For security reasons, you cannot change it yourself, please contact our Client Service department to change your e-mail address. 
     
  • Is your e-mail address correct?
    Check if the e-mail has ended up in the junk mail folder.
