You can check a number of things yourself:
- Check first if the SMS has been sent to the correct phone number. You will find the phone number at the top of the page where you need to enter the verification code.
- Check if the phone number has been entered according to the international notation and without spaces:
06 12345678 becomes 31612345678 (for a Dutch telephone number).
- When the phone number and the phone number notation are correct you can send another verification SMS. You can do this by clicking on the link 'Send me a new verification code'
- If you still have not received a verification SMS, please contact our Client Services department.
